E-commerce requires live integration with your store — stock, prices, order status. That's real engineering and ongoing maintenance work, which is why it has its own tier with a one-time setup fee. Standard works beautifully for everything except shops. Don't run a shop on Standard.

You pay the overage rate listed on your plan — between £0.50 and £0.65 per additional minute. We notify you the moment you hit 80% of your cap, and again at 100%, so you can decide whether to upgrade or carry the overage. No automatic upgrades and no surprise invoices.

Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current billing period — no questions, no fees, no claw-back. Annual plans cancel at the end of the term. Setup fees on Premium and E-commerce are non-refundable since they cover integration work delivered up front.
