Typically three to seven days. The first day is discovery — we learn your business and draft an architecture. Days two and three are configuration of the knowledge base, persona, voice, and escalations. By day four we're running a closed pilot with you. Full public launch usually inside a week.
She admits it and escalates. Every gap is logged in your dashboard so we can fill it in the next iteration. Delia is forbidden from inventing answers — if she's unsure, the conversation routes to you or a human handler with full context.
Yes. From the Standard tier upwards Delia is fully multilingual — English, Italian, French, Spanish, German, and more. She picks the language from the caller's first words. No language barrier between you and your customer.
E-commerce requires live integration with your store — stock, prices, order status. That's real engineering and ongoing maintenance work, which is why it has its own tier with a one-time setup fee. Standard works beautifully for everything except shops. Don't run a shop on Standard.
You pay the overage rate listed on your plan — between £0.50 and £0.65 per additional minute. We notify you the moment you hit 80% of your cap, and again at 100%, so you can decide whether to upgrade or carry the overage. No automatic upgrades and no surprise invoices.
EU-region database by default for European clients, US-region for US clients. Transcripts, leads, and knowledge bases are tenant-isolated. Standard GDPR data-processing terms available; HIPAA-compatible deployment available on the Enterprise tier.
Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current billing period — no questions, no fees, no claw-back. Annual plans cancel at the end of the term. Setup fees on Premium and E-commerce are non-refundable since they cover integration work delivered up front.
